Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial interviews and psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and substance use histories.

• Provide ongoing assessments and monitor the progress of clients by integrating information from various sources, including family members, peers, and other healthcare professionals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches that align with the latest standards of chemical dependency treatment, ensuring high-quality care.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies leveraging our clinical management systems.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that empower clients, promote self-awareness, and build coping strategies, especially for those in recovery.

• Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams, including physicians, psychologists, and social workers to coordinate comprehensive care that addresses both mental health and substance use issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals who are chemically dependent and are seeking help with substance use disorders and associated mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
