Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients, ensuring the development of personalized treatment plans that adhere to clinical guidelines. Document all clinical interactions and progress notes in compliance with administrative policies, ensuring that treatment goals are tracked and achieved. Actively engage in internal consultations and peer supervision to promote best practices, share insights, and enhance professional development. Participate in multidisciplinary teams dedicated to enhancing clinical practices and refining services offered at the clinic. Provide clinical support for specialized programs within the organization, tailoring interventions to meet program-specific objectives. Meet individual and department performance targets, actively contributing to the clinic's overall operational and quality goals. Qualifications A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field is required. Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado. Completion of a 1-2 year internship in a clinical setting, along with 1-2 years of professional counseling experience. Preferred Experience Certification in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is highly desirable. Experience in health psychology, particularly in managing clients with chronic health issues or those requiring pain management strategies. Strong familiarity with outcome metrics, best practices for client assessment, and therapeutic methodologies is a plus.
