Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your role will include the following responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments to develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring each session is aligned with our trauma-informed care philosophy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation and progress notes, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards.

• Engage with other healthcare providers to report patient progress, share concerns, and develop coordinated care strategies.

• Provide crisis intervention to clients, equipping them with effective coping strategies and emotional support during critical moments.

• Assist clients with discharge planning to ensure a seamless transition to post-treatment care and continued support.

• Regularly consult with family members and support systems to enhance treatment outcomes and patient engagement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve primarily include individuals facing a variety of emotional and behavioral challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or an equivalent credential recognized in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of three years of full-time experience in providing mental health services to a diverse population.

• The ability to work independently, demonstrating self-direction and excellent organization skills.

• Proficiency in using digital tools, including Microsoft Office Suite, to manage documentation and communication effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Mindfulness-Based Therapy will hold a competitive advantage. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and experience in virtual counseling environments are also highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n
