Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, using structured assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop tailored treatment plans leveraging evidence-based practices, incorporating approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, adapting to various client needs and mental health issues, while providing a safe and therapeutic environment.

• Coordinate care by working closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to create a seamless experience for clients.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies, offering immediate support to clients who are experiencing acute distress, ensuring their safety and stability.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n
