Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs and develop personalized treatment plans, ensuring that they are based on the latest evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other appropriate interventions that address a range of mental health disorders.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to create a fully integrated treatment approach that promotes client recovery and overall mental well-being.

• Engage in family therapy sessions as needed, guiding family members in understanding mental health dynamics and promoting their involvement in the recovery journey.

• Document all client interactions comprehensively in our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintaining accurate, confidential records.

• Participate in team meetings and supervision sessions, sharing insights and feedback to continuously improve our therapeutic practices and enhance patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse group of clients who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use issues, or relationship difficulties. Many of our clients come from the Latinx community, which adds layers of cultural considerations that are integral to the therapeutic process. Our goal is to empower each client on their unique journey toward mental health recovery, and we value practitioners who are sensitive to these cultural nuances.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related discipline is required.

• Strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic practices, along with a demonstrated ability to adapt approaches based on individual client needs.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n
