Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for assigned clients, supporting their mental health needs through evidence-based practices.
• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to determine client needs and develop individualized care plans, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to exchange information and provide integrated care, enhancing the client's support system.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure the best possible outcomes and adherence to treatment goals.
• Engage in crisis intervention as necessary, providing immediate support and resources during critical moments for clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The LCSW will work primarily with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including various ethnicities, ages, and socioeconomic statuses, who require mental health support. Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work (BSW) or a related field.

• A valid and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in the state of California.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients, colleagues, and community stakeholders.
• Ability to navigate various mental health tools and software systems for documentation and client management.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

Prime Health Counseling, LLC offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
