Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments, utilizing evidence-based practices to develop and implement personalized treatment plans. You'll apply your expertise to guide clients through various mental health challenges, facilitating their progress toward improved well-being.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused interventions, to create an effective treatment approach tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, adhering to HIPAA and relevant ethical guidelines to ensure the privacy and dignity of your clients.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, engaging in regular meetings for case consultations to ensure holistic, high-quality care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and community resources, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse clientele, including individuals facing emotional and psychological challenges stemming from trauma, anxiety disorders, and depression. You will leverage your experience to create a supportive and understanding therapeutic environment, catering to each individual's specific needs and circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, active license in Texas as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Proficiency in applying solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, enabling effective tailoring of treatment plans to individual client needs.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for establishing rapport and building trusting relationships with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in outpatient settings, familiarity with electronic health records (EHR), and a proven track record of developing effective therapeutic interventions are highly desirable. Additionally, familiarity with community resources in Plano, Texas, is advantageous in assisting clients in accessing necessary support.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
