Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients by establishing rapport and implementing effective therapeutic practices while adhering to professional and ethical guidelines.

• Conduct regular progress check-ins with clients, discussing therapy goals, upcoming sessions, and facilitating timely discharge when appropriate.
\n
• Craft and execute person-centered treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of clients, assessing their progress and adjusting strategies as required.
\n
• Document all client interactions thoroughly, including progress notes and treatment updates, in compliance with telehealth standards and regulatory requirements.
\n
• Perform thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and establish baseline data for appropriate treatment.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, ensuring clients receive the necessary support each week- typically 1-2 sessions per client, depending on their treatment plan.

• Participate in regular supervision sessions to discuss case management and professional development.
\n
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare professionals to optimize client care and treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied client base, including adults, children, and families, seeking support for a wide range of mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is mandatory.

• Active, unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee is required.

• Minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience, preferably in an outpatient setting.

• Proficient in using technology including RMS systems, Excel spreadsheets, Microsoft Outlook, and other telehealth platforms.

• Experience conducting intake assessments and delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The selected candidate can expect an annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 based on experience and qualifications. We operate on a Fee-for-Service model that guarantees fair compensation ahead of collections, ensuring that our counselors are paid promptly.
