Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on providing mental health support to individuals across all age groups—children, adolescents, and adults—who are dealing with various emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges. You will work with a richly diverse clientele, employing culturally competent practices to ensure that every client feels understood and valued.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a similar field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure in California as either a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of three years of direct clinical experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and adults.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in crisis intervention and evidence-based practice methodologies for treatment.

• Preferred certifications in specialized therapy areas such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), and Military and Trauma Certification.
