Qualifications:

• Active Illinois Occupational Therapy license

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans for students from a variety of backgrounds and ability levels
• Deliver direct therapy services in group and individual settings, focusing on skill development for academic participation, self-care, and social skills
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support students’ IEP goals and integrate therapy into classroom routines
• Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to the decision-making process for student services
