Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our modern rehabilitation facility, providing a fully equipped environment for delivering high-quality therapy services. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a structured work-life balance. Our team utilizes the Raintree system for documentation, ensuring efficient record-keeping and communication among staff members.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess each patient's mobility, strength, and overall physical function, establishing a baseline for treatment planning.
• Design and implement customized treatment strategies, incorporating therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities that cater to the unique needs of each patient.
• Administer rehabilitation exercises aligned with the patient's progress, adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing assessments to optimize recovery.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of patient progress in Raintree, ensuring compliance with clinical guidelines and standards.
• Educate patients and their families about home care strategies, injury prevention, and ways to maintain optimal physical health during recovery.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and support interdisciplinary approaches when necessary.

The typical patient demographics include adults and seniors suffering from various orthopedic conditions such as post-operative rehabilitation following joint surgery, sports injuries, and chronic pain syndromes. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational institution is required; a Master's Degree is preferred.
• Must possess a current license or be eligible for licensure in the state of Nevada.
