Admin Support Assistant II

Job Opportunity State of Mississippi is offering a job opportunity with a salary range of $24,023.49 - $32,792.06 annually. The position is located in Jones County, MS and is full-time. The job responsibilities include typing standard office correspondence, reports, letters, memos, and any other required paperwork; answering the telephone for all incoming calls and routing them to the appropriate extension; submitting and maintaining required documentation, copying, scanning, filing, and faxing; performing data entry and disseminating mail correspondence; rotating mail pickup and delivery with other staff in the building; sending and receiving documentation for the Targeted Case Managers within the stated timelines outlined by the MS Department of Mental Health; filing necessary legal documents in person's served record (LTSS) in the appropriate sections and within stated timelines outlined by the Department of Mental Health; attending all required in-service training offered through workforce development, DMH/BIDD, or any other training provided by the Targeted Case Management Department as assigned; and performing other duties as assigned.
