Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments of clients to effectively identify their social, emotional, and environmental needs.

• Develop and implement personalized service plans that outline treatment goals, interventions, and progress evaluations, adapting as necessary to meet evolving client needs.

• Provide expert counseling and emotional support to individuals and families facing challenges such as mental health crises, relationship issues, and life transitions.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
