Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments to determine clients’ needs, utilizing a variety of evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to develop individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Oregon.
