Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify client needs and develop effective, personalized treatment plans.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients, maintaining coordination in treatment plans.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources to empower them on their healing journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, including adolescents, adults, and families, dealing with a range of mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• Deep understanding of mental health disorders and therapies, alongside demonstrated ability to implement evidence-based treatment.
