Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify the mental health needs and strengths of clients, fostering an understanding of their unique experiences.

• Administer individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.

• Formulate and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting clear goals and interventions that align with their therapeutic needs.

• Engage in crisis intervention and risk assessment to ensure the safety and well-being of clients, providing immediate support and safety planning as required.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Lead therapeutic group sessions, skill-building workshops, and psychoeducation classes designed to enhance clients’ understanding of mental health and coping strategies.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation that complies with ethical and legal standards, ensuring continuity of care for clients.

• Actively participate in ongoing supervision and training to continually enhance clinical skills and stay updated on best practices in the field.

You will predominantly work with students and their families, providing essential support to those facing mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
