Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain an active caseload by establishing rapport and nurturing therapeutic relationships with clients, all while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Regularly meet with clients to monitor their progress, discuss stability, and review upcoming appointments, providing a thorough understanding of their ongoing treatment needs.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized, client-centered treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each individual.

• Ensure comprehensive documentation and maintain accurate progress notes in compliance with clinic standards and regulatory requirements.
