Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of remote work, enabling you to provide care within the comfort of your home while contributing to a supportive and collaborative team environment. Regular work hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, allowing for a well-structured schedule that promotes work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments of patients to identify their specific mental health needs and formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate therapy sessions where you will listen actively to patients’ concerns, diagnose emotional or psychological disorders, and implement effective coping strategies.

• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Provide education to patients and their families about coping mechanisms for trauma, stress management, and available resources for mental health support.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers, social services, and community outreach programs to coordinate comprehensive care for patients.

• Engage in regular continuing education to maintain your National Certified Counselor certification and stay updated on emerging best practices in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals who have experienced trauma, which can manifest in various forms such as emotional distress, anxiety, depression, or post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). You will address unique challenges faced by these patients, helping them navigate their recovery journey with empathy and expertise.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling is required to provide a strong foundation for clinical practice.

• Must possess a valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential to ensure compliance with state regulations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
