Work Environment\n

This position will be primarily remote, allowing professionals to maintain work-life balance while serving clients with flexibility. Our services are available from Monday to Saturday, providing ample opportunities for you to design a schedule that works best for you while meeting patient needs. We offer in-house support for credentialing and insurance management, which enables our counselors to focus on providing care rather than administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, identifying their mental health needs and designing appropriate treatment plans.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to formulate, document, and implement individualized treatment protocols based on client evaluations.

• Participate in team meetings and patient rounds to ensure seamless communication about patient progress, treatment adjustments, and coordination of care.

• Provide ongoing case management for assigned patients, including consultation with community agencies and healthcare providers to ensure holistic support.

• Deliver evidence-based interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to clients, adapting your approach as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Maintain timely and ethical documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress to comply with organizational standards.

As a Mental Health Counselor at Belfry Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse client base comprising individuals from teenagers to adults, each facing various mental health challenges. Our patients seek your guidance for issues ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship difficulties and trauma-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current license in Texas as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is mandatory; advanced degrees are preferred.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in an interdisciplinary team environment.

The Belfry Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, dependent on your experience and credentials. Additional benefits include:
