Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to identify the mental health challenges of clients, ensuring accurate treatment planning.

• Develop and implement tailored therapy programs designed to meet the individual needs and goals of each client.

• Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, and family systems therapy.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to guarantee comprehensive care and improved patient outcomes.

• Engage with clients’ families, providing education and support essential for fostering a supportive home environment during the healing process.

• Maintain precise and confidential records of client interactions, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals and families facing difficulties in communication, behavioral issues, and emotional distress. Our clients may include couples in crisis, families navigating transitions, or individuals seeking personal growth. Your role will be key in helping them develop strategies to improve their relational dynamics and personal well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000 , commensurate with experience.
