Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs through structured interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' specific goals and needs, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions, utilizing therapeutic techniques tailored to various client scenarios such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges.

• Maintain meticulous client records, progress notes, and treatment documentation utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

• Engage in active collaboration with other healthcare providers, including physicians, social workers, and psychiatrists, to coordinate effective multifaceted care for clients.

• Uphold ethical and professional standards at all times, participating in regular peer reviews and supervision to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will be working primarily with a diverse range of clients, including children, families, individuals with substance use disorders, and those who have experienced trauma. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s Degree in Counseling or a closely related field.

• Current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Liberton Counseling Services offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $95,000 annually, with opportunities for sign-on bonuses.
