Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to thoroughly evaluate the mental health and substance use needs of each client, gathering significant history and presenting issues.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with assessment findings, incorporating evidence-based interventions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Provide therapeutic services including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing appropriate techniques to foster healing and recovery.

• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation that reflects client progress and treatment outcomes, complying with organizational and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team composed of psychologists, social workers, and medical professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated client care.

• Engage in case reviews and treatment planning meetings to discuss client cases, outcomes, and modifications to the treatment approach as necessary.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Enfolding Arms Psychotherapy Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
