Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patient needs, developing tailored treatment plans that reflect their unique circumstances and requirements.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy utilizing effective therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that address common mental health concerns, helping patients build a supportive community.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate holistic patient care and to ensure that all aspects of a patient's mental health are addressed.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute mental health challenges, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
