Work Environment\n

This remote role is designed to support a healthy work-life balance, allowing you to fulfill your professional responsibilities while accommodating personal commitments. Our team works collaboratively, with flexible scheduling options available, including 4x10 or traditional 5x8 shifts during hours of operation from 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and provide psychotherapy or counseling to individuals, groups, couples, and families, tailored to their unique needs.

• Interview clients to gather and analyze social, personal, environmental, and health information to inform treatment plans.
\n
• Develop and implement interventions based on clients’ problems within the scope of social work practice, ensuring best practices are followed.
\n
• Facilitate cognitive, affective, and behavioral health cases, offering crisis resolution services and referrals to community resources as necessary.
\n
• Engage in regular evaluation of treatment effectiveness and adapt strategies to ensure continuous improvement in client outcomes.
\n
• Establish and maintain a positive therapeutic relationship based on mutual respect, acceptance, and trust with clients.
\n
• Keep accurate records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress to ensure compliance with established protocols.
\n
• Manage a robust caseload while ensuring timely and effective documentation of services provided.
\n
• Conduct individual clinical counseling sessions focusing on various issues, including mental health disorders, family dynamics, and grief.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by team leaders to support overall clinic operations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population ranging from individuals experiencing depression and anxiety to families navigating complex relational dynamics. Your expertise will help clients dealing with mood disorders, substance use issues, and life transitions, ultimately guiding them toward improved mental health and overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Florida is essential to practice.

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in mental health counseling or a related area is preferred.

• Experience in behavioral health treatment pertaining to various issues including depression, addiction, and couple’s therapy is crucial.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of 4 years in mental health or social work settings is required, preference will be given to candidates with experience in community health clinics or similar environments, particularly those with a background in integrated care models. Familiarity with digital tools and telehealth practices is also advantageous, as we strive to provide hybrid services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Join us and benefit from a competitive salary that ranges from USD 85,000 to 104,000 annually.
