Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial intake assessments tailored to the individual strengths and needs of each client, creating a foundational understanding for subsequent therapeutic interventions.

• Independently develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate clear, measurable goals, fostering accountability and progress for clients.

• Provide therapeutic sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, while using a holistic lens to promote personal and interpersonal growth.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment interventions, adjusting approaches as needed to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.

• Maintain minimal but essential documentation including initial intake notes, treatment plans, and progress notes after each session, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
