Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments through structured interviews and observation, analyzing medical records to identify emotional, social, and environmental factors that affect students' ability to thrive academically and socially.

• Provide direct counseling and emotional support to students and their families, helping them navigate adjustment issues and improve overall well-being.

• Assist students and families in accessing vital community resources, including support groups, vocational rehabilitation services, and housing assistance that bolster their recovery and integration.

• Educate and guide students and their families regarding the variety of community resources available and the post-rehabilitation services they can utilize for ongoing support.

• Participate in discharge planning and follow-up processes to ensure seamless transitions and continued support for students returning to school or home settings.

Qualifications\n
