Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments tailored to the unique needs of each patient, addressing mental health, substance abuse, and medical factors.

• Provide evidence-based behavioral health services including individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and treatment planning.
\n
• Document evaluations and treatment progress efficiently using electronic health records (EHR) to maintain accurate patient histories and compliance.
\n
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, considering their cultural backgrounds and diverse needs.

• Act as a liaison by coordinating with community agencies and resources, including medication-assisted treatment programs.
\n
• Work with Quality Improvement teams to enhance service delivery and streamline processes for data collection and patient follow-up.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will work predominantly with individuals navigating the complexities of detoxification from substances, as well as those with co-occurring mental health disorders. You will engage with a diverse clientele, encompassing various age groups and cultural backgrounds, providing age-appropriate care that respects their unique experiences and challenges.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
\n
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience practicing as an LCSW post-licensure, preferably within a substance use or mental health setting.

• Demonstrated proficiency in counseling techniques, crisis intervention strategies, and the ability to apply independent judgment in clinical scenarios.

• Experience in group facilitation, particularly in therapeutic settings aimed at recovery and psychosocial support.

Compensation and Benefits\n
