Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients facing mental health challenges, utilizing evidence-based screening and evaluation methods.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans that are tailored to each client’s unique needs, ensuring they have access to necessary resources and services.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions aimed at addressing presenting issues and enhancing clients' coping strategies.

• Participate actively as a supportive team member in multidisciplinary meetings and case reviews to improve client outcomes.

• Assist clients in crisis intervention scenarios, employing de-escalation techniques and connecting them to appropriate support services.

• Monitor and document client progress, including tracking meetings, admissions, and discharges, to ensure adherence to treatment protocols.

• Carry a manageable caseload while ensuring timely completion of necessary reports and data submissions.

• Maintain ethical standards and comply with the code of conduct established by Life Long Counseling Services.

Qualifications\n

• To qualify, candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience working as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, particularly in mental health or substance use settings.

• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker in California is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
