Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized therapy strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Administer therapeutic sessions employing evidence-based practices to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records while adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care, sharing insights and strategies to facilitate client progress.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to stay informed on the latest trends and research in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Telehealth LPC, you will work with a diverse clientele, addressing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance misuse. Your ability to empathize and build rapport will be essential in fostering an environment where clients feel comfortable and empowered to share their experiences and seek guidance.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Colorado.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical context.

• Strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-focused care, or substance misuse counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 annually, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
