Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and emotional well-being through structured interviews and standardized tools.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clients’ unique needs and goals, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Provide therapeutic interventions including individual therapy, family therapy, and group sessions via telehealth platforms.

• Continuously monitor and track clients' progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary and ensuring that interventions meet their evolving needs.

• Offer crisis intervention and support, ensuring that clients receive timely help in acute situations.

• Maintain accurate, confidential client records following legal guidelines and ethical standards, enabling efficient tracking of care.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, social workers, and other professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.

• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health treatment methodologies and best practices through professional development and research.

• Participate in regular supervision and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and receive mentorship.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related mental health field is required.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW) in California.

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, along with potential bonus opportunities.
