Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities tailored to clients’ unique needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at achieving measurable client outcomes.

• Apply diverse therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy, to effectively address clients’ issues.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive client care and support.

• Maintain accurate and current clinical documentation and adhere to ethical and legal standards as per industry regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
