Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students facing major mental health challenges, ensuring that their treatment aligns with their individual needs.

• Provide direct clinical services, including individual, group, and family therapy tailored to the developmental needs of each client.

• Implement integrated care plans to facilitate access to linked services, maintaining effective communication with students, families, and other healthcare providers.

• Engage in crisis intervention efforts, assessing situations and deploying appropriate strategies to ensure student safety and well-being.

• Monitor client progress, ensuring timely documentation and adherence to treatment plans, while also tracking admission and discharge criteria.

• Participate in team meetings and committees aimed at improving service delivery, quality of care, and the overall client experience.

• Stay informed on the latest evidence-based practices to ensure that the therapy provided is both effective and relevant.

• Provide school staff with awareness training on mental health issues to foster a supportive environment for students.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
