This position offers the flexibility of remote work in a telehealth setting, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. Our team operates Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with opportunities for flexible scheduling to better accommodate our clients' needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that attune to the cultural and personal experiences of patients, forming the foundation for tailored treatment plans.

• Implement and monitor evidence-based therapeutic interventions, drawing upon a diverse range of modalities to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions that address various mental health concerns, equipping clients with tools for resilience and well-being.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers—to deliver coordinated and holistic care for those we serve.

• Provide crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies, demonstrating swift and calm response to complex situations.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, available treatment options, and local community resources to foster informed decision-making and empowerment.

• Maintain detailed and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with ethical standards, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

• Engage actively in ongoing education through case conferences, team meetings, and training on cultural competency to enhance service delivery.

• Stay current with mental health best practices, research, and relevant cultural considerations to continuously improve client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of New Jersey.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatments, particularly with a focus on cultural competence.

• Experience providing therapy in individual and group settings, utilizing inclusive and culturally responsive approaches.

• Demonstrated crisis intervention capabilities, with a calm demeanor in high-pressure situations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating rapport-building with a diverse client base.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and related technologies for efficient documentation and communication.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
