Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health status and identify specific needs.

• Facilitate regular counseling sessions, employing various therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy.

• Provide referrals to external healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and community resources when applicable.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
