Workplace Experience Coordinator
As a CBRE Workplace Experience Coordinator, you will be instrumental in delivering a world-class customer service experience to employees and guests within a designated building. This role is a core part of the Workplace Experience function, dedicated to ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and supportive environment for all occupants. You will be the primary point of contact for daily operations, contributing significantly to a positive and productive workplace.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as the first point of contact for all individuals entering the facility, greeting them with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage front desk operations, including issuing visitor and parking passes, and meticulously following all security protocols.
- Answer telephones professionally, creating a memorable first impression for callers.
- Develop and deliver presentations to various-sized groups, effectively communicating key information.
- Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of requestors.
- Manage janitorial and maintenance work orders as needed, ensuring timely resolution.
- Coordinate and execute essential workplace services, including mail distribution, office supply management, and supporting employee onboarding processes.
- Address inquiries and resolve complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers with a professional, customer service-driven approach.
- Organize and manage on-site events, which includes securing event spaces, coordinating set-up and tear-down, and ensuring the delivery of necessary supplies.
- Adhere to property-specific security and emergency procedures, promptly notifying appropriate parties to ensure the safety of all building occupants.
- Coordinate effectively with various vendors who supply services or goods to the workplace, including those related to facilities, events, and catering.
- Explain detailed and/or complicated information within the team. Follow specific directions as given by the manager.
- Impact through clearly defined duties, and methods and tasks are described in detail. Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
What You'll Need:
- High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
- Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
- Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

The minimum salary for the Workplace Experience Coordinator position is $55,000 annually [or $26.44 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Workplace Experience Coordinator position is $57,000 annually [or $27.40 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
