Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate coordination of care with other healthcare providers and engage in effective communication with multidisciplinary teams.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic modalities suited for specific patient needs.

• Offer consultation and support to team members regarding complex cases and treatment strategies.

• Document treatment plans and maintain accurate and thorough clinical notes compliant with medical records policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population, currently focusing on adult and geriatric clients, with plans to expand services to include child and adolescent populations. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will utilize your expertise to address a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relational conflicts, and trauma, ensuring that each client receives individualized care that resonates with their unique life experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and establish trusting therapeutic relationships.

Compensation and Benefits\n
