Our work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing you a structured approach to your schedule. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges.

• Accurately document each session in electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and goals.

• Actively participate in biweekly case reviews and team meetings to discuss client progress and share insights on effective therapeutic approaches.

• Engage in weekly supervision with experienced clinicians, focusing on skill development, ethical considerations, and personalized feedback to enhance your therapeutic practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as a mental health therapist will involve working with clients of varying age groups and diverse backgrounds, including those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• Currently registered in California as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW), or Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC).

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related mental health discipline; a Master’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.

• Familiarity with EHR systems to maintain accurate and secure client records.

• Exhibit strong ethical standards and clinical judgment when providing therapy, adhering to professional guidelines.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience, such as internships or practicum placements, providing counseling or therapeutic support.
