Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, utilizing standardized tools and clinical judgement to formulate appropriate diagnoses.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adjusting approaches according to the unique dynamics and needs of each group or individual.

• Deliver crisis intervention services for clients experiencing immediate mental health crises, ensuring their safety and connecting them to relevant emergency resources.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records, including detailed documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, adhering to ethical and legal standards at all times.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, social workers, and other health care professionals to deliver integrated care and enhance client outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health issues and available treatment options, assisting them in navigating community resources effectively.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, alongside a generous sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
