Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, ensuring a compassionate approach tailored to each client’s unique situation.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients’ progress.

• Maintain accurate, thorough, and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Utilize an intuitive, user-friendly therapist portal for timely clinical documentation and management of session notes.

• Incorporate applied behavior analysis techniques in therapy to effectively address behavioral challenges and enhance clients' coping skills.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active state licensure as a LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in California is required.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the mental health field, with a preference for backgrounds that include individual therapy, group therapy, and experience treating clients with co-occurring disorders.
