Step into a vital clerical role supporting Medi-Cal operations within a dynamic educational setting. This full-time, contract opportunity runs through the end of June, with a target start in early September following board approval. In this position, you'll make a significant impact by ensuring compliance and efficiency across critical Medi-Cal and Medicaid processes.

Ideal candidates will possess hands-on experience handling and processing Medi-Cal requests. You’ll work closely with district staff, including SPED team members, to monitor, verify, and guide the completion of random time surveys. Attention to detail and the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple departments are key to success in this role. Monthly meetings with Medi-Cal ensure ongoing procedure adherence and accurate timekeeping.

Key Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience with Medi-Cal request processing and related clerical duties
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
• Comfortable monitoring survey completion and providing follow-up with various staff members
• Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred to support diverse community needs
• Familiarity with Medicaid processes is essential
• No special licenses or certifications required
