This role is designed for remote work within a telehealth setting, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a supportive virtual environment. Our standard work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the understanding that some flexibility may be required to accommodate patients' varied needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting thorough mental health assessments to understand patients' unique situations and needs, aiding in the development of individual treatment plans.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), to provide effective individual, couples, and family therapy.

• Facilitating psychoeducational and support groups to create a sense of community among patients facing similar challenges.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.

• Offering timely crisis intervention services and support to clients experiencing mental health emergencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at our clinic, you will work with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing an array of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid and current licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
