Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that address both the immediate needs and long-term goals of clients.

• Facilitate crisis intervention strategies and behavioral guidelines, ensuring timely documentation that meets regulatory standards.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to gauge client progress and implement necessary adjustments in their treatment.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to create positive behavior support plans that are tailored to individual client needs.

• Serve as a liaison to various service systems, including state agencies and community partners, fostering open communication to meet contractual obligations and enhance services.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and conferences to stay abreast of the latest trends in behavioral health.

• Advocate for the agency’s mission and values through community outreach and partnering with local organizations.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals facing a range of mental health issues, those in recovery from substance use, and individuals with developmental disabilities. Your role will be crucial in guiding each client through their treatment journey, helping them achieve a higher quality of life and increased community engagement.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a behavioral health field is required.

• An independent LMHC license issued by the Massachusetts state board.

Compensation and Benefits\n
