While the majority of your sessions will occur remotely, you will also have the opportunity to meet clients in our welcoming Tacoma office when needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify mental health challenges and develop customized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Offer individual therapy sessions utilizing effective therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused approaches.

• Set and establish therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, continuously adjusting strategies based on client feedback and progress.

• Provide teletherapy options, ensuring clients have access to necessary support regardless of location or mobility issues.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and regulatory guidelines.

• Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about the latest best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in the state of Washington as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster safe and trusting relationships with clients.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills for effective caseload management.
