Work Environment\n

This position is designed for remote work within the framework of a detox center, allowing you to provide essential services to patients from the comfort of your home. Our work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance while ensuring that our patients receive consistent care. As a member of our team, you'll engage in ongoing training and receive support from colleagues to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ mental health, evaluating emotional, behavioral, and social functioning to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Administer psychotherapy and mental health services for conditions such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), utilizing evidence-based methods.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to patient care.

• Monitor and document patient progress, adapting treatment plans based on therapeutic outcomes and patient feedback.

• Educate patients and their families regarding mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources, empowering them with knowledge and support.

• Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHRs) and ensure compliance with confidentiality and ethical standards within clinical practice.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
