Key Responsibilities\n

As a Social Worker at Sondermind, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting therapy sessions for individuals and couples across various age groups, focusing on diverse clinical presentations such as anxiety, depression, stress management, and interpersonal challenges.

• Utilizing a reliable billing service to streamline claims processing, manage client accounts, and facilitate payment plans, allowing you to concentrate on delivering exceptional therapeutic care.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with standard practices and ensuring confidentiality.

• Proactively managing your appointment calendar and ensuring regular follow-ups to support client continuity of care.

• Collaborating with other team members to share insights and strategies, fostering a learning environment that encourages both professionalism and camaraderie.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on students and their families who require therapeutic support within the educational setting. This role is pivotal in addressing mental health challenges that are significant during formative years, allowing you to contribute positively to the academic and emotional development of young individuals.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work with a valid LCSW license to practice independently.

• Availability for full-time work, with a minimum of 20-25 hours per week, ensuring at least two evenings are open for client appointments.

Compensation and Benefits\n
