Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide telehealth assessments and individual therapy to students dealing with various mental health issues, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards.

• Develop, implement, and review treatment plans based on student needs, crisis situations, and evolving therapeutic goals.

• Document sessions succinctly and accurately to demonstrate medical necessity and facilitate effective integration into our program.

• Research, refer, and advocate for community resources—including food programs, healthcare, and childcare—to support students’ overall well-being.

• Respond effectively to crisis situations, including but not limited to child abuse, suicidal ideation, and other mental health emergencies.

• Monitor and follow up on clients' progress, ensuring interventions are effective and clients are adjusting positively.

• Assist clients in navigating major life transitions, such as family changes or school difficulties, utilizing coping strategies and emotional support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents, many of whom exhibit complex challenges stemming from trauma, behavioral issues, and mental health disorders. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying at-risk individuals, offering guidance, and creating a pathway for recovery. Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW), conferred from an accredited institution.
