This position will primarily be remote, with a focus on outpatient services. Key Responsibilities\n

• Thoroughly assess clients’ experiences by evaluating the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms.

• Develop customized treatment plans that align with clients' individual needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Provide evidence-based interventions, particularly utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to aid in effective client treatment.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, outlining treatment options and nurturing self-care practices for ongoing health.

• Monitor client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans based on effectiveness and patient feedback.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other professionals in a multidisciplinary setting to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in the field of mood disorders to enhance treatment strategies.
