Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a personal caseload of clients by establishing rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships that adhere to professional ethical standards.

• Conduct regular sessions to monitor client progress, discuss upcoming appointments, and determine appropriate times for discharge when necessary.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate tailored, person-centered treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates for each client in the electronic health record system.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to identify client needs and establish effective treatment goals.

• Engage in online individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and integrate feedback into practice.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, ensuring continuity and quality in client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will be working with a dynamic mix of clients, including adults, children, and families, that seek outpatient counseling services. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field is required.

• Applicants must hold a valid and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting post-graduation.

• Proficiency in using technology for client documentation and communication, particularly with tools such as spreadsheet software and Electronic Health Records (EHR).

• The position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
