Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to inform the development of individualized therapy strategies for clients.

• Provide therapeutic services across various settings, utilizing evidence-based methodologies suited to groups, families, couples, and individuals.

• Implement diverse therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy tailored to client needs.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive and cohesive client care, participating in case consultations and team meetings.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation to comply with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that client information is handled with confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted license to practice as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
