Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering positive relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, discuss stability, and determine readiness for discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to address clients' unique needs.

• Maintain up-to-date records, including detailed documentation and progress notes for each client to ensure compliance and accountability.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to identify client needs and inform treatment plans.

• Engage in individual supervision to enhance therapeutic skills and professional growth.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to deliver integrated care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Harmony Reach Services, you will work with a diverse outpatient population, including children, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. Your role is pivotal in creating a nurturing and therapeutic environment to foster healing and personal growth among clients struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health issues.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) status is essential.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is mandatory.

• Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with tools such as Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY is necessary.

• Demonstrated experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families is essential.

• Comfort with conducting intake assessments is required.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum requirement is one year of clinical experience, candidates with additional experience in telehealth services, trauma-informed care, or specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) will be an advantage. Experience working in a fast-paced outpatient environment will also distinguish candidates.
